It was decided:

To establish the Institute for Advanced Mathematics of Zhejiang University, with the administrative relationship attached to the School of Mathematical Sciences;

The Institute for Advanced Mathematics of Zhejiang University (Preparatory) was revoked, and the former Director was re-designated as the Director of the Institute for Advanced Mathematics of Zhejiang University.
